A) IT Contractors

We aim for contractor service margins to be amongst the most competitive in the industry, at between 13%-18%, so that both clients and contractors alike are clear and happy that we are providing fair value, along with a genuinely professional service.

The rest of the fees on this page relate primarily to permanent recruitment assignments. It should be noted that these are our standard terms of business for permanent recruitment, however like so much in business, everything is negotiable in the right circumstances.

B) Permanent Placements:

The fee payable to us in respect of the permanent placement of candidates, are as follows:

£25,000 - £34,999 15%
£35,000 and over 20%

 

Notes: For salary calculation purposes, where a company car is provided as part of a candidate’s salary, the car shall be deemed to have the value of £3,000 and be included in such calculation. Fees are payable if a candidate is employed by the client at any time within six months of the date of last introduction by Resolution Resourcing. Invoices are payable within 30 days of invoice date and VAT at the standard rate will be added where applicable.

 

C) Retained Assignments:
Where we are retained by you to identify and recruit key staff on an ongoing basis, the fee structures are as follows: i) Assignment Brief Fee: A working fee based on a third of the total fee will be payable at the commencement of assignment and will be payable within 30 days of issue of invoice. ii) Shortlist Fee: A shortlist fee based on a third of the total fee and payable within 30 days of issue of invoice. iii) Placement Fee: Based on a third of the total fee, to be invoiced on successful appointment and upon commencement of employment of the candidate we introduce. Payable with 30 days of issue of invoice.

 

D) Refunds:
In the event of a Candidate terminating or of you lawfully terminating the engagement within 13 continuous weeks of the date of commencement of employment, we will pay a refund on our placement fee as follows:

No refund fees are payable after 13 weeks of continuous employment. Refunds are only applicable if payment has been received as per our terms and conditions of business.
